We’re excited to host Corning-based Chef Michael Lanahan, who co-owns both The Cellar and the new Ellen & Michael’s Osteria with his wife, Ellen Lanahan. Chef Mike will be cooking Italian classics with a twist, based on family recipes handed down through generations.

Appetizers - Heirloom Tomato & Peach Bruschetta with Whipped Lemon Ricotta on Sourdough Crostini, Prosciutto & Cantaloupe with Mint, Zucchini Rollatini with Lively Run Chevre, Pinenuts & Lemon
First Course - Homemade Fusilli with Salsa Cruda
Second Course - Pork Roast with Mixed Pickled Peppers, Sweet & Spicy Pan Sauce and Market Veggies (Vegetarian option available upon request)
Dessert - The Original Neapolitan Gelato: Pistachio, Vanilla, Cherry with Biscotti
Tickets are $70 per person. You can add on a wine pairing flight for $20 per person, or buy wine a la carte upon your arrival.
Guests are welcome to sit around 6:30pm and can expect to dine with us for about two hours. Weather permitting, we will be dining on the covered back patio overlooking Seneca Lake!
