Single Island Shores has 30 cottages winding down their 16-acre hillside to the lake. They allow lake access for all guests staying at the property through a communal sundeck, boat dock, and stone shoreline with parking available for guests' boats. Customers have ability to book multiple cottages for family getaway or couples' retreat. There are firepits scattered throughout the property, a small playground, complete with cottage playhouse, and a walking path down to the lake. Vacation FLX offers a one of a kind stay in a restored, 1800’s historic barn right in the heart of South East Seneca. Vineyard Villas

Vineyard Villas offers one-bedroom, two-story Villas that are located in one of the prettiest hillsides, offering a panoramic view of the lake and surrounding wineries. Each well-appointed Villa has a deck and balcony with complete views of the lake. The first floor consists of a fully-equipped kitchen, living room with a convertible sofa bed, dining room, full bathroom, and French doors leading to the deck. The second floor includes a bedroom with a queen bed, sitting area, and French doors opening to a balcony. The Villas are located on 7 acres of grounds that include 2.5 acres of Concord grapes, a half-acre pond, fire pits, BBQ grills, picnic areas, and walking distance to their restaurant Hector Hideaway.

The Inn at Chateau Lafayette Reneau

The Inn at Chateau is perfectly nestled in the heart of South East Seneca, and with some of the most stunning sunsets you will catch in the area. An easy walk to Chateau Lafayette Reneau, Atwater Vineyards, and Two Goats Brewing. The Inn offers panoramic lake views and overlooks one of the most picturesque vineyards in the Finger Lakes. Smith Memorial Park is a classic lakeside park and campground built on the slopes of Seneca Lake in the 1970’s — enjoyed by many since the 1800’s.

Stonecat Guest House is located just steps away from their restaurant Cafe, it has four efficiency guest rooms. In 2015, Stonecat Café bought and renovated the neighboring farm house and converted it to four units, to provide visitors to the area with lodging in close proximity to the Stonecat Cafe.

The Farmhouse at Grist Iron is a fully-restored 1860s post-and-beam farmhouse that combines historical charm with modern comforts. Its spacious rooms, breathtaking lake views, and a variety of onsite and nearby activities offer everything guests need for a Finger Lakes adventure. Sleeps up to 16 guests making it ideal for family gatherings, wedding parties, or groups of friends on vacation together. It is also dog-friendly with a small fee.

This sweet 1880 Queen Anne Victorian is one of those places that instantly feels like home.
