Celebrate 35 years of Silver Thread!
You’re invited to join Shannon & Paul Brock - and the Silver Thread team - for a scenic, Seneca-side dinner in celebration of our 35th anniversary!

This delicious, coursed meal – by Chef Tyler LaCroix of Lake Life Catering & The Pleasant Valley Inn – features locally-sourced ingredients and will be paired with several Silver Thread wines including our limited-production sparkling and award-winning, 10-year-old wines from the 2016 vintage.
2026 also marks 15 years of Brock ownership/management. We’d be honored if you would join us to honor our history and toast to the future!
Five-Course Pairing Menu:
– Local Tomatoes-roasted garlic mayo, croutons, basil, olive oil – 2021 Blanc de Blancs Methode Traditionelle
– Corn Gazpacho & Polenta Cake- red onion, bell pepper, cilantro- 2016 Chardonnay Estate Vineyard
– Seared Scallop-mango, basil oil, chili, fried blue corn tortilla- 2016 Riesling Estate Vineyard
– Duck Confit-wild mushroom risotto, pomegranate molasses, rosemary – 2016 Blackbird Red Estate Vineyard
– Peach Melba-brulee peach, fresh raspberry sauce, vanilla ice cream – 2016 Semi-dry Riesling
Tickets are $130 per person and include all food, paired library wines, and gratuity.
Weather permitting, we will be dining on the covered back patio overlooking Seneca Lake!
